1，TMUXHS4412是否可以和TMUXHS4412级联？

        of course TMUXHS4412 can cascading with each other. For PCIe gen4 at 8Ghz, insertion loss of each TMUXHS4412 is -1.3db ,so just to remember each 4412 will add 1.3db loss when they are cascading.

2，TMUXHS4412是否可以和DS160PR421/DS160PR412级联？

        yes, TMUXHS4412 can cascading with redriver like DS160PR421/DS160PR412

3，TMUXHS4412手册ZHCSN19中的X16 SLOT是由两个X8组成的，这两个x8一个x8经过TMUXHS4412另一个x8没有经过，这个对link为X16有没有影响.

        The 8 channel with mux will add delay and insertion loss. Delay will not cause link issue. but insertion loss may cause issue, if the channel has enough  loss margin, the system should be pretty stable.
