you can use CLKIN with 100ppm. But you need to make sure the Input CLK jitter is below 0.05 UI.

Where the UI is defined as 1/clock_freq for a given clock. For example, when the clock = 50Mhz, the typical UI_CLK_IN is 1/50 MHz = 20 ns.
