We have an application which requires an external analog control of the modulation current in the ONET4211. We do not require any temperature compensation of the modulation current.
Normally the modulation current is programmed by placing a resistor between MODSET and ground. We presume that the MODSET pin is at some fixed voltage above ground, and that the modulation current will be some multiple of the current in the programming resistor.
It would be very helpful to know the fixed voltage on the MODSET pin. (Our current guess is 1.20V.)
