DS125DF410: Operating Temperature Inquiry

The spec sheet shows a max junction temp of 150 C

Operating temp range says -40 to 85 C though.

For clarification, is the 150 C junction temperature still operational or is that the measured failure temp/point of this part?

    Hi Karina,

    The max junction temp of 150C is an absolute max rating. Beyond this limit, damage to the device may occur. -40C to 85C is the recommended operating temperature. Outside of this range, the device is not guaranteed to operate as expected.
