ESD761: SOD964 replacement

Hi team,

Do we have ESD with 20V+ Vrwm and SOD964 package? Or could you recommend the most similar replacement? Thanks!

    Hi Kailun,

    Unfortunately, we do not have a pin-to-pin replacement with a SOD964 package. We do have a leadless package with similar dimensions with the ESD751, which is a SOD523 (1.6mm x .08mm). 

    Do you have any more information on other requirements, such as channel count, clamping voltage, etc? TI offers many 20+ Vrwm devices, and more information will help us determine the best fit for your application.

    Hi Prushing,

    Thanks for your reply. Our customer they have chosen a SOD964 product so they hope we could offer pin2pin product. This device is applied in fast charging type-C VBUS pin.
