Hello, the ONET4201PA provides CML outputs, while our application requires LVDS signals. In order to provide the CML to LVDS translation, we can use the SN65LVDS100 (up to 2Gb/s). Do we need to include pull-up resistors (ONET4201PA datasheet states that the outputs provide 2x50Ohm termination to Vcc) or other elements for coupling? Thanks.

You should not need a separate buffer; see DC-Coupling Between Differential LVPECL, LVDS, HSTL, and CML:

I am not sure about input common mode voltage of your LVDS application, you can AC couple directly between ONET4201PA and your LVDS input. No need for external 50-ohm pull ups.
