May I know whether we have any RTOS driver demo for our TCAL9539-Q1?

Customer use LINUX driver for coding before but their current project use RTOS to develop so they would like to know whether we have RTOS driver demo for it.

There is no driver.

The first eight registers are backwards compatible with the TCA9539/PCA9539.

Clemens is correct, TI does not supply any RTOS driver demo for the TCAL9539-Q1.

Clemens comment about the first eight registers being backwards compatible to the TCA9539/PCA9539 is correct. If there are drivers online present for those devices, they can be used for the first eight registers of the TCAL9539-Q1 when programming.
