I have a question regarding TCA39306.

I want to do long-distance I2C wiring. Is it possible to connect as below?

    Hi Shuji,

    TCA39306 isn't recommended to be used in series due to the external pullups creating a parallel resistor network when the device drives low. Furthermore, the device is passive and will not provide any buffering on its own. Instead, I would recommend taking a look at the I2C buffers to drive over long traces/ connectors, such as the one shown here.
