On the datasheet of MAX207, pulse skew is defiened as 300ns_typ at Vcc=5V and Ta=25 deg.C.
Can you estimate minimum value of pulse skew at Ta=0 to 70 deg.C?

I searched for this data, but did not find any. It should be well under 1uS.
In comparison, the typical slew time is 18V/(6V/uS) = 3uS and the bit time is 8.3uS at 120kb/s data rate.
In summary skew should not pose any problems.
