Hi all, 

I am investigating the DS25BR440TSQ/NOPB and am looking for the following parameters below. Note that I am not looking for the maximum allowable junction temperature, but for this intent and purpose I need to see what the operating junction temperature is without derating. 

  • DS25BR440TSQ/NOPB
    • Minimum operating allowable junction temperature
    • Maximum operating allowable junction temperature
    • Junction-to-Board Thermal Resistance (Theta J-B)
