DS90LVRA2: AC coupled input

Can this receiver accept an AC coupled input or do we need to set an external common mode voltage if it is AC coupled?

    Hi Oliver,

    The typical value for the common mode is 1.2V, but per the datasheet this receiver accepts AC coupled inputs as low as 100 mV over a common mode range of −1 V to 2 V (with VCC at 1.8 V). 

    Please refer to this application note to properly terminate an AC coupled input and achieve a 1.2V typical common mode value.
