     Thanks for your information. I really need 5V supply for my design. So maybe the level shifter is needed.

In the other hand, If I use voltage divider resistance for level switching, does it have any risk?

As Clemen's pointed out using a resistor divider can work. The downside to it is it will consume more power. If the resistance values you use is too large (saves power) then the signal may get attenuated so you would need to find a balance. The RC (R of the resistor divider and C is parasitic capacitance) value would need to be able to support the 12Mbps datarate that you will be using.

Using a level shifter would make it a little more straightforward in terms of set up. If you would like, I can reassign this ticket to someone in the translation product line who can help you find a level shifter.
