Hello Team,

One of our (Mouser Electronics) customers bought part DS160PR412-421EVM. After the third time usage, the board no longer worked and the LED (D1) no longer lit up.

Can you please advise on troubleshooting method?

DC: 2051 

LC:0004203KRY

    Hi Usman,

    I don't see an obvious problem with the board from the picture provided. Do you know under what conditions the customer used the board?

    • What was the general background of the tests? What was different in the working case vs the non-working case?
    • How was the EVM powered? From an external power supply or from a system CEM slot?
    • Were any shunt settings changed from the default?
