DS15EA101: Need CTE value for DS15EA101SQE/NOPB and DS15BA101SDE/NOPB

I thought CTE - coefficients of thermal expansion - is typically related to the PCB. From thermal point of view, these are noted in these parts data sheet. Please elaborate.

If the system will go through a lot of thermal cycling customers are concerned about CTE mismatch between the PCB material and that of the components mounted on the PCB. 

I don't think we provide CTE in our datasheets, that is why the customer is asking.
