TMDSLCDK138: Documentation on the OMAP LCDK L138 Board to see how each chip is connected to each other

I have an OMAP LCDK L138 development board, as you might already know it comes in with various components, some listed below:

1) TVP5147M1 Video Encoder, 

2) Winbond W971GG65B

3) FTDI Serial 

4) AVC16T245

5) 4 x LEDs

etc

I was looking for a document to show how the pins are connected between the OMAP L138 chip and all other components (some that's listed above), something like: 

    Omap-L138 PIN-A10 -> Connected to TVP5147M! Pin-4

I am asking as I need to communicate with these chipsets but have no information on which pins to use.

If there is any other "direct way" to connect instead, i.e. such as using a special API for the LCDK to say "display red-screen on VGA" then that would also help. 

Right now, I cannot find any documentation on TI (web, forums, support, E2E) to help with how to develop the LCDK further.
