TLK106: Transformerless operation

I would like to implement a transformerless connection between Phy on a daughter card and a second phy on the main board it sits on.  Distance between the two PHYs is less than 10cm.

Figure 10 shows a single cap isolation topology of AN-1519 shows a single cap isolation topology.

Will this topology work for TLK106?  

Will this topology work for DP83822H?

Suspect it will work but want to confirm.
