Hello Ahmed,
Are you referring to a Master stack, or a Device stack?

Jonathan
Master one. We'll be on the upper liar of communication and we'll talk to master unit to talk to sensors, actuators.. etc "shouldn't this be a master stack?".
Also i checked most sdk examples which provides io-link libraries as binaries and i was wondering if there's any one which has cortex m cpu.
All target i checked had cortexA
The only IO-Link Master stack I am aware of is for the Sitara AM243x processors which uses the Programmable Real-Time Unit (PRU) to control to handle the required signal timing requirements in the IO-Link protocol. I am not sure if that could be ported to different processors because I only support the TIOL family of transceivers and not the processors for any associated software stacks. I would suggest asking your question in the embedded processor forum which supports the AM243x MCU in order to get more direct support on the IO-Link Master stack.
There is a reference design and BoosterPack that is compatible for the Sitara AM243 LaunchPad and master stack called the BOOSTXL-IOLINKM-8 (Link).
I would also recommend the TIOL1125 for a Master application instead of the TIOL1115 because the TIOL1125 has a Master Mode.

Jonathan
Hi Ahmed,
Posting a question with one of the AM243x part numbers instead of the TIOL1115 should get your question in front of an engineer that can help address your firmware related questions on the IO-Link master stack.
If you have any additional questions related to the TIOL transceivers I would be more than happy to help.

Jonathan
