Tool/software:
Hi
I would like to enable VBUS on one downstream port with up to 500mA when the upstream port is not connected.
Is it possible to configure TUSB4041I like this?

Hi Eugene:
If the battery charging is enabled , downstream port should still support 500mA for SDP even upstream port is not connected.

Hi Brian
Thank you for your replying.
If TUSB4041I advertises DCP or CDP to peripheral devices, they may draw up to 1.5A.
However, my application has limited power thus I'd like TUSB4041I to advertise up to 500mA to peripheral devices.
Is it possible to limit advertised current capability of TUSB4041I?
Hi Eugene::
Actually, when battery charging is enabled and upstream port is not connected, it only support DCP. TUSB4041 can not control the current limit , it all depends on DP/DM negotiation.

Well, you can always turn Vbus switch on to supply 5V to downstream port without PWRCTLx control from hub.
