In sleep mode, is it required to turn off all power supplies to DP83TC812R-Q1 except VSLEEP pin? In local sleep mode, it seems like all power supplies to DP83TC812R-Q1 are required without VSLEEP pin from the sentence below.
"PHY, MAC, and any other devices that are dependent on the voltage regulator will be turned off. The PHY will still have VSLEEP voltage present and continue to stay in TC10 sleep."

The only required power supply in TC10 sleep mode is VSLEEP. It is not required to turn off power supplies except VSLEEP, but it is recommended for power savings. If you leave the other power supplies on, power will not be saved.
This is the typical application diagram from the datasheet:
When the PHY is in WAKE state, it will drive INH high and enable the other power supplies. When PHY is in sleep state, INH will be in Hi-Z so the other power supplies will be disabled.
