we need a information for the series code for the label on the parts I can´t find any information on the datasheet

    Armin,

    Are you asking about the top markings? If so this can be found on page 25 of the datasheet:

    I believe the device marking should be on the top line (usually)

    The second line is usually a date code. If I remember correctly it's year then month followed by some kind of letter. The last line is part of a lot trace code.
