DS250DF230: The detail description of the register in Address 0x2B bit[7:4]

Part Number: DS250DF230

Tool/software:

 Hi team,

Please advise me on my question bellow?

The datasheet insists that Channel register in Address 0x2B [3:0]

sets the number of hits that is required before the EOM will indicate a hit has occurred.

Limited to this description, it is hard to understand the full figure of behavior of the device.

Can you provide me some more detail of this parameter?

I suspect that, there may be total 128 histogram bins to measure HEO eye opening,

and there may be a threshold before some bin is assumed to be hit.

The register in Address 0x2B [3:0] specifies this threshold.

Mita
