Hi Team,

As title, do we have information can be referred?

It said HLQFP having the thermal, but didn't answer the size.

    Hi Roy,

    I see how this is unclear. From the package drawing we can see that the pad starts roughly one pin in from the corner pins. The total length of the 1st to 12th pin is 5.5mm, where the distance between each pin is 0.5mm. The Ground pad can be approximated as 4.5x4.5mm.
