Hi Jayaraman,
A few points:
What is the purpose of the switch below? Is it meant to control the SEL pins of the mux, or are SEL_1 and SEL_2 coming from an external source?
For typical application, we only require a 100nF capacitor for VCC:
For the fault detection diode, please keep in mind that the FLT pin is active low:
Otherwise, I don't believe I have any other notes.
Thanks,
Ryan
Hi Ryan Kitto,
1.The switch is used to select the Data 1 and Data 2 to connect with Main Data.
2. For second query, I am taking for reference of the below circuit which provided in TS5USBC402EVM.
3.Finally I have connected the FLT pin to LED indicator. FLT pin is active low signal.
Hi Jayaraman,
1.The switch is used to select the Data 1 and Data 2 to connect with Main Data.
Ah, I see, it'll either be both SEL1/2 high or low depending on switch position, makes sense.
2. For second query, I am taking for reference of the below circuit which provided in TS5USBC402EVM.
In that case, it is likely okay then.
Then otherwise, I don't believe I see any issues.
Thanks,
Ryan
