DP83TC811-Q1: If we can use DP83TC812-Q1 directly in previous board？

Hi Expert，

My customer use DP83TC811-Q1 before and now the new project uses the Wake on Ethernet feature, which requires the Ethernet chip to change to the DP83TC812R, they wonder if they could change device to DP83TC812-Q1 in previous board, here are their design, please help to review and give some comments, thanks in advance!
