The production is being switched over to 300 mm wafers. The new wafers also use entirely new dies. This is described in the previous PCN (20240723000.1).
As shown in the quoted text, the input voltage range has changed. All other guaranteed datasheet limits stay the same.
The red box you have highlighted is referring to the datasheet layout, and it has nothing to do with the actual device. It is a stylistic change to improve the documents readability. The second point is the only device specification change.
