What is the power supply for DP83TC812R-Q1?
(1) Rise Condition
I think several power supplies are input to the Ethernet PHY.
Is it correct that they need to be turned on at the same time?
(2) Falling condition
There does not seem to be a description for power down. Is there any requirement?

Yes, this is correct.

There is no timing requirement, but all supplies must be shut off.
