Can we use a USB Type-C connector as the input USB interface for the TUSB8041? If so, are there any specific considerations or additional components required for this configuration?

Do you mean hub upstream port using type-C port?

If yes, you need CC controller/Mux like HD3SS3220 to configure as UFP device.

Yes, I want to mean USB Type C upstream port, I apologize for wrong annotation. Is there any single package which combines TUSB8041 and HD3SS3220 so that we can make our product compact.
And we are going to use USB type C for Downstream also.

We don't have hub with type-C capability. you need use both hub and high speed mux together.
