Dear TI Team,
We are familiar with the DS90LV031 & 032 LVDS devices to be used on Space applications, traditional Space applications. Now, the Space business is finding new scenarios, like Constellations and New Space. The price is over the realiability and the Automotive Quality level is acceptable.
Unfortunatelly some requirements are not changing, the Space environment is asking for radiation hardening.
- Have you tested the DS90LVRA2 to know the TID, SEE and Heavy Ions behaviour?
With high probability, the answer will be not tested.
- Do you feel this device could support any radiation hardening level? Has it sense to lose money and time checking it?
