PCA9546A: ARP support form SMBus compatible device

Tool/software:

Datasheet for PCA9546A states that device is SMBus compatible. Does this mean that device also supports ARP as defined by by SMBus specification? If not, is there any similar device in your portfolio that does support SMBus ARP feature?
