I'm in the process of choosing an Equaliser where I require x5 channels supporting a data rate up to 3.2Gbps. In my initial search this part appeared to be a potential contender, though the datasheet lacked the Maximum Operating Junction Temperature.
I wonder if this attribute can be provided, please?
In terms of actually specifying a part, I'd also invite any recommendations you may have. My requirements are below:
- Data rate = up to 3.3Gbps
- Minimum Storage Temperature = -54 degrees celsius
- Max. Operating Temperature = ideally above 100 degrees celsius. (85 can be considered if the Max. Operating Junction Temperature for the part is also specified/ available.)
- Number of channels = ideally x5, though I'm happy to feature multiple instances of the same part if the above thermal attributes are available for concerned parts/ can be provided.
