DP83TD510E-PODL-EVM: Function malfunction

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our company has purchased and received a DP83TD510E-PODL-EVM evaluation kit, which has been tested upon receipt. However, we have encountered the following issues:

1. The PD board emits abnormal noise during full-speed communication, which is most likely caused by the inductor.
2. When the PD board is connected to the USB interface, the LED below C5 (without silkscreen) lights up red, and the device repeatedly restarts.

Please confirm whether this is a design issue or caused by other factors.

Additionally:
- The PD board reference circuit downloaded from the website has formatting issues and is not fully displayed. Could you please provide the complete reference design?
- We noticed that SCCP reference firmware for the PSE board was provided in the English forum, but no relevant information for the PD board was found. Could you provide such content if available?

If there is any part of the description that is unclear, please let us know.

    When you mention strange noise in full-rate communication, May I ask where is the measurement point and what kind of noise are you seeing?

    Here are some setup questions I would like to ask:

    • May I ask what is the cable distance and cable characteristic impedance are you using?
    • If you connect a common ground between PSE and PD board, did you see the similar noise behavior on communication?
    • Are you currently using 2.4V P2P on the DP83TD510?

    May I ask where did customer see the firmware for PSE SCCP? I believe we did not share those information publicly?
