Hello,

I try to implement the DP83822I in a custom design.

The DP83822I is not responding:

I went trough the Troubleshooting Guide and verified the PHY addresses:

And the Driver on the CPU:

eth0 is configured as follow:

All Bootstrap Pins are left Open.

Which configuration I am missing?

Hi Julien,

Based on the register read, it seems like PHY is able to link up fine through register 0x0001. Through register 0x0005, it seems like the PC is able to get all the information from DP83822 PHY

Could you double confirm on the PHY address one more time?
Could you also double check on the driver on 822 making sure your SoC recognize the PHY correctly?

Thank you for your response.

I checked the PHY Address:

If I compare the output with the Guide "How to integrate Linux Driver Into Your System" I realize, that the eth0 is missing:

Does this mean that the driver is not configured for the eth0?

We are using the MII and left all bootstraps open.
