TUSB2046B: MSP432 + TUSB2046B does not work

Tool/software:

Hi TI, 

We have connected the USB port of the MSP432 to a USB connector through the TUSB2046B hub.
The TUSB2046B generates an event in which the result is an unknown device.
If you baypass the TUSB2046B the USB works perfectly.
Is there something missing in the firmware for the TUSB2046B to work properly or maybe I have a hardware problem?
