DS90UB924-Q1: Which position is recommended for placing the RIN+/- anti-static diode or TVS of DS90UB924-Q1?

We do not have any current recommendations for anti-static diodes. For ESD diodes, however, the following general recommendations are provided:

• It is typically recommended to choose one with < 0.3 pF impedance, automotive qualification, and IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (contact) ESD to mitigate these strike events. Breakdown voltage and standoff voltage should be greater than the DC bias on the FPD-Link, and a lower clamping voltage is preferred in order to reduce the response time to the ESD events.
• Place the ESD diode after the AC-coupling capacitor and before the connector, with the diode as close to the connector as possible
