A customer has asked, "What are the nominal values ​​and variation of the internal pull-up/down resistor values ​​for pin types PU/PD except strap pins?"

We at Disty have searched for an answer, but there is no mention of it in the datasheet, 5.2 Unused Pins, and since it is necessary to attach external pull-up/pull-down resistors, we would like to know what is inside as well.

We have created a table to answer customer questions and provide further confirmation.

The content was that this can be interpreted as "internal pull-up/down is only valid during the strap period, and is invalid during normal operation."

Since it is understood that the internal pull-down of the strap pin is valid even during normal operation, and from the note that "dummy straps are required on the RX_D1, RX_D3 pins when SGMII is used," it is determined that the internal pull-down of RX_D0 and RX_D2 is valid even during normal operation.

Customers are wondering whether there are pins where the internal pull-up/down is valid during normal operation and invalid for some pins.

We at Disty thought that by creating a table on an additional sheet, it would be possible to clarify what customers wanted to know.

This understanding is correct, the input pins enter a High Z state to allow for proper reading of the input signals.
