Hi Daniele,
I've reached out internally, and I will let you know when I hear back.
Thanks,
Ryan
Hi Daniele,
This app note can be used to calculate Tjmax: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953d/spra953d.pdf?ts=1736798740616
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Ryan
Hi Daniele,
I don't have all the data to calculate the Tjmax with your app note.
Usually this data is provided by the manufacturer. It's strange that TI don't have this data.
Could you re-check?
Daniele
Hi Daniele,
Yes, I can look for this and see if we have it available.
One thing to note that might help, typically, our muxes do not consume much power since they are only carrying the signal across to the other side and not doing anything else. Because of this, we typically spec Tjmax to be the same as Tamax as the internal temp does not need to be higher to withstand heat from power draw. So Tjmax is likely to be closer to or exactly 85C.
Thanks,
Ryan
