TUSB9261: Linux tool to burn flash firmware to TUSB9261 over USB from embedded linux (Raspberry Pi ARM Debian)

I am trying to program the TUSB9261 through LInux over USB but cannot find the files.

Looking at other posts it looks like the files need to sent over PM, can anyone help ?
