TPD4E05U06-Q1: Can this part provide protection for short to 48V VBUS?

I am using this device for the USB Type-C SuperSpeed signals, which are right next to VBUS pins, and USB PD can be as high as 48V.

I also have AC coupling caps on the SuperSpeed lines.

With the AC coupling caps, is the TPD4E05U06-Q1 capable of protection against short to 48V VBUS?
