Hi expert,

Is the S-parameter file(.s4p) for LMH0070SQE/NOPB available?

We are planning to do Return Loss simulation and are looking for this file.

Unfortunately, we do not have an LMH0070 IBIS model available. However, the LMH0303 is an SDI cable driver with an IBIS model available on TI.com and the LMH0070 and LMH0303 have similar AC characteristics for simulation, though the LMH0303 is only a cable driver whereas the LMH0070 is a serializer.

We are looking for not IBIS file (.ibs), but S-parameter file (.s4p).

After all, is the S-parameter file of LMH0070SQE/NOPB not available?
Or is the S-parameter file of LMH0303 available?

Yes there is not an S-parameter file for the LMH0070 or the LMH0303.
