Hello colleagues,
We are designing an ECU include LIN transciver TLIN1021-Q1 for our customer. They EMC and electrical performance requirements standard required the test sample implement ISO-17987-7 chapter 5.2.5.3 test after finishing each test items. e,g, RE/CE/BCI/RI/ESD.
When implement the 5.2.5.3 test, we found the test result(~120mV) not fulfill the standard requirements(≤20mV). Following are the actually test set-up and test result. Please help to check our test set-up are correct or not, and tell the corrent setup.
Besides the actual test setup display in below, we also try method 2:change EN pin to ground, method 3:change EN and Wake pin to ground, while the result also ≥100mV, still keep a big distance from the ISO requirement.
