As part of a reliability analysis based on the VITA 51.1 standard, we are currently collecting failure rate data for components used in our systems.
Could you please provide the following manufacturer-specific information for your component, if available:
MTBF or Lambda_MFR (manufacturer’s failure rate)
Pi_T_MFR: temperature factor used during manufacturer test
Pi_E_MFR: environment factor used during manufacturer test
T_MFR: test temperature condition
E_MFR: test environment condition
These values are needed to convert and adapt the reliability data to our application environment using the MIL-HDBK-217F and VITA 51.1 methodology.
