It seems TI blocks this installation. You could try to send an IT ticket to allow it, or you could ask the customer to use this. It's likely that they would be able to install on their PC.

  Sorry for one more questions. because we are using LVDS Typ : 12MHz Typ , 24Mhz max. display.

could we also set LVDS CLK meet the spec (set to 12MHz or 24MHz) if we use MIPI D_PHY as CLK source like datasheet mentions  min from 2-62.5Mhz as below description ? if yes, could you kindly share register setting flow example to meet 12MHz or 24MHz for LVDS CLK out?   

The input MIPI CLK source : 80M-1Ghz.

1. What are the customer looking for? Are they using the script from the DSI tuner? They might be able to find these files as part of the kernel.

2. Have the customer tried using the DSI tuner tool? It will generate the initialization script after they enter their system's display timings, LVDS settings, DSI settings. They can use test pattern generation to test the output as a first step.

3. The LVDS clock for this device has range 25 - 154 MHz. 

24 MHz LVDS clock rate as you mentioned would not be supported as it is out of this specification.

Here is a resolution guide (link) for these parts. The DSI clock is a function of the LVDS clock, so you will also need to check whether the DSI video can support this resolution.
