What exactly is the reason for the half production? Is the customer claiming failures with ICT?........

Does Clemen's recommendation work for you? The OPN is technically different but the die within the device is the same.

I mean the devices are both obsolete, customer has received notice from TI, pls help recommend alternative P2P device.

How about DS26LV31TM/NOPB？ which P/N to P2P replace that?

Seems I can't find the datasheet in ti. com

PDN# 20230628000.3 recommends the AM26LV31IDR as a P2P replacement.
PDN# 20230217002.3 recommends the AM26LV31E‍IDR as a P2P replacement.

(The E indicates better ESD protection.)
