LSF0204-Q1: LSF0204Q output voltage failed

Tool/software:

We use level shift LSF0204-Q1 in ADAS product, which will be monted in cars or buses.

In my design a MCU control the device via LSF0204-Q1, MCU  core interface is 1.8V system and device is 3.3V system.  LSF0204 output signal controll the reset of device, and this reset signal requires low level voltage during boot procedure, we use a pull down resistor in level shift output pin.

 

When i measured the level shift output pin, the highlevel voltage is not 1.8V but 1.4v or 1V, this means this level shift enter OD mode, i think this is the root cause of this failure. 

In the LSF0204-Q1, datasheet, this IC support push pull output. How could i set this level shift to push-pull mode?

    The LSF supports push/pull input signals. Its output signals always are open-drain. You cannot use pull-down resistors with the LSF.

    Use buffered, unidirectional translators like the TXU0104-Q1/TXU0204-Q1/TXU0304-Q1.
