I believe I understand what the customer is asking - if the format is correct for their Parallel input interface to the AC timing output of the LVDS. Can you double check the timing the display needs for VESA? I am assuming it is standard 24-bit.

I have an example from a different VESA configuration from another device in our portfolio, but I believe this is different from the one used in the customer's system.

Good news, this configuration should match. I provided the updated timing diagram and re-labeled it to show that as long as the correct LVDS TX and RX lanes are matched, the timing diagram should be the same. See below:
