There are not VIH/VIL for the SC0-SC7 and SD0-SD7. Once the channel is selecting using the SDA/SCL on the main bus, the path becomes a passive FET switch. The signal will simply pass through. Nothing is controlled via the SC0/SD0 - SC7/SC7 side so there is not VIH/VIL. The VIH/VIL will only matter on the SDA/SCL on the TCA9548A and on the devices connected to the SCL/SDA and the peripherals connected to SC0/SD0 - SC7/SC7
