Hello,

All your components are listed as NC, which makes it hard to tell what the intended settings are. Are you trying to use EQ level 0, or EQ level 3? Do you want DC_Boost to be set to medium?

I would recommend starting at EQ level 0 and DC_Boost medium. Additionally, please ensure that the DP/DM lines are connected beneath the redriver, and that the redriver will be powered and out of reset before any signals are sent through the USB2 trace.

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for your reply. We will pop the TUSB212 and recheck the resistors and capacitors if the Eye Diagram fails.
