can we assume that the internal lengths of the TMUXHS4412 are matched for each differential channel pair?

What is the typical power consuption for the device with all four channels working at a data rate of 20Gbps and an CMV of 1.8V?

Hello Wolfgang,

Yes, you can assume so.
Power consumption of the mux can be found by multiplying the supply current by the operating voltage.

If you have 1.8V supply, the typical supply current is 320uA. So, the typical power consumption will be 0.576mW.
