ESDS452: ESDS452 8/20µs surge current @ 80°C

Usually, the 8/20µs waveform max current specification decreases with temperature.

For these small TVS in SOD123 or SOT23 package, the spec around 80°C is usually about half the 25°C value.

The reason for the 80°C request : 80°C is the upper limit of the temperature range for most of our products (it can be higher on some specific products).
TVS are dimmensionned for the worst case scenario.

BTW, my request was for the max current, not the clamping voltage. Sorry if my question was not clear.

As McKenzie mentioned, we do not have this information on hand, but I will look to see if we have feasibility to test this. Please give me until the end of the week to confirm this.

I imagine that those tests would also provide, as a side effect, the clamping voltage at higher temperatures.
This info is valuable too, especially if it it happens to change by more than 15 or 20%. relative to the 25°C value.
