Hello Team,

My customer has below question about ESD2CAN24DBZRQ1.

The clampling voltage is specified as 37V with Ipp=5.7A in IEC 61000-4-5 current (tp – 8/20 µs) at 25°C.

I need the clampling voltage information with Ipp=3.5A. Could you please help to get the information?

Hi Kenneth,

The MAX Clamping Voltage for ESD2CAN24Q1 (Ipp = 3.5A, tp =8/20 us, IO to GND) is 40V.

We do not have the typical value for this, but I could request it to our design team. Please let me know if you would like to have the typical value as well.
